Hakomi somatic depth therapy uses mindfulness to access and re-inform the implicit material that shapes present experiences and relationships, offering liberation from chronic patterns.

Mindful Compassionate Dialogue (MCD) provides a vocabulary for integrating experiences and self-responsible expression, as well as concrete relational skills like life-serving boundaries, self-empathy, and working with reactivity.

My holistic power-with approach to therapy is informed by training in these complimentary modalities, and will always prioritize communication, connection, safety, and trust.
