I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington & Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University. My supervisors are Certified Hakomi Therapists Jen Marie Stratton, LPC and Veronica Valenzuela, LPC.
I’ve worked alongside Elia Paz (FKA LaShelle Lowe-Chardé) as a core contributor for the Wise Heart Community, and I’m a musician with 15+ years of experience coaching individuals and offering early childhood music education groups.
I have over 17 years of experience in Vipassana meditation, including daily practice, administration for the Northwest Vipassana Association, and sitting 10, 20, and 30 day silent meditation retreats.
I’m queer, genderqueer, and neurodivergent.
I value authenticity, expression, creativity, play, and rest. I’m dedicated to cultivating inner peace through expansive understanding and relational competence, and to supporting this learning in the world.
